In 1998, the business was handed down a generation to John's son, John M. Worch. John set up shop at 3176 Wilkens Avenue in the heart of Baltimore. This remains as our primary operations facility to this day.

With the addition of CRC Home Services, John expanded into all facets of exterior home improvements and renovations including windows, doors, siding, decks, fences and much more.

John set the bar high for his company, when he required that his entire team complete the rigorous requirements necessary to gain credentials from all the major roofing manufacturers. As a result, our installers are all Certified applicators for the world's best roofing manufacturers including Certainteed, GAF, Tamko, Mule-Hide, Firestone, and many more.
